This year’s “No Way Out” is a culmination of Quantum Trio’s search for a new sound, introducing double-kick grooves, heavy-handed sax/piano riffs, distorted solos, while maintaining key characteristic features of the band – catchy melodies and packets of energy.
The album premiered at the Sea You Music festival in Gdańsk on April 12, 2025, having met with a
palpable anticipation, audience’s elation, and roaring applause.
“Red Fog” CD
2019’s “Red Fog” started implementing the dense, polyrhythmic approach known from the music of the bands like Meshuggah, but also South American composers who would not shy away from a modern approach to rhythmic divisions and would lean on more heavier sound (“Interference”, “Red Fog”), while still preserving a rather acoustic sound.
